If France were serious about its jobs problem, it would slash its lavish unemployment benefits and cut back on payroll taxes, says Investor's Business Daily. Sounds good to me:

France, Germany, Belgium,... a pack of countries with old economy system (just out of the industrial system). Hence bankrupt economy.
Add to that their loss of weapons markets in Africa (Russians killing the market), and some outrageous "Affaires" to finish sinking the boat. Not mentioning Jacques...
