So there are several wars ongoing. Cuba and Nort Korea are not among te warring parties. Why would for example Morrocco and the South Sahara fighetrs cease their war because Trump takes on Mexiko drug cartels, North Korea and Cuba?
Next comes Islam, which need special attention, because some of the suffering in these Islamic states is well deserved, so leave them to fight it out... preferably kill each other. However western countries need to ban all Muslim refugees from entering the west. The exception would be to take in Christians from Islamic states who are trapped in a war they have no horse in.
In the case of North Africa, these are all Muslim states with a bunch of extremists. Leave them to fight. Get the Christians out if they would like to seek asylum.

Capitalist countries are productive, efficient and democratic, there is voting and enough checks and balances so that the electorate has the power.
