Yes they speak English in addition to other languages. These are rich white Northern European immigrants - you know, the people Trump wants to come here - and they’re being punished for being foreigners. The government’s general hostility to foreigners is driving them away. They are worried that they won’t be able to get Visas, they don’t know if they will be able to come back if they visit home…
