Ok just wanted to try something, for this topic would it be possible to follow this format. Think it may be more beneficial than the previous. No insults.
Do you think the U.S. government has milked terrorism for their own benefit? If so how? How much milking do we need, if any?
Thanks to everyone that doesn't resort to insulting.

It's a very bad way to start a thread full of prejudice.
Every government is using terrorism for it's own profit, creating artificial civil wars, infiltrating terrorist groups or so called, for their own cause, and that cause being usually refer as "defending state stability".
I think it all start with the French in some place in Africa and just result so efficient that it became used worldwide (Italian, german, spanish terrorist groups - aint too sure about the irish, maybe some people here can tell us how much if IRA was infiltrated). And those are just the main in Europe.
The difference being that since the late 70's no manipulation of terrorism seems to have any other goal than money.
French soldiers are pretty good at destabilizing government and create/handle a civil war on the field (look at Africa and all the France-Afrique deals on which France mainly depends - diamonds, gold, weapons)
American are pretty bad to handle field combat but are great at carpet-bombing places (just look at the panic on handling the situation liek in Irak)
So yeah different ways to milk terrorism, use by evry country, but nowadays pretty much just to make some extra quids.
