Seeing as this (being anti-pork) is a big part of Palin's image, are her misleading claims on 'The Bridge To Nowhere' - 'Thanks, but no thanks.' line - getting much play in the 'liberal' media?

At the moment it seems a bridge too far.

Hmmm nice site, I especially like reading up on this.

Obama said he could “pay for every dime” of his spending and tax cut proposals “by closing corporate loopholes and tax havens.” That’s wrong – his proposed tax increases on upper-income individuals are key components of paying for his program, as well. And his plan, like McCain’s, would leave the U.S. facing big budget deficits, according to independent experts.

And this one.

Obama said "average family income" went down $2,000 under Bush, which isn't correct. An aide said he was really talking only about "working" families and not retired couples. And – math teachers, please note – he meant median (or midpoint) and not really the mean or average. Median family income actually has inched up slightly under Bush.

But she raised taxes in Wasilla to build a sports center that is still immersed in litigation...isn't that an actual achievement?

What, that as a maverick in a cloister of male dominated, corrupt republicanism, she keeps getting away with raising taxes?

No misdirection here just showing its not just Palin lane, it's also Obama street as well, but you seem to only choose the rights story though, how sweet.

Please, yes Palin was for the bridge to nowhere and Obama voted for it and I believe McCain also. Palin is getting alot of mileage out of it all, her bikini photos, her son "thats not hers", etc. etc. etc.

Correction: McCain didn't vote on it. Actually opposed the idea.
