What DNA tells you is information on traits.
All these traits belong to a single race: blue eyes, brown eyes, etc.

Any sub-category one likes to project on these traits: all grey-eyed people are more intelligent, for example, or all white people are from Scandinavia is a projection from an afore created myth / mental construct / data base.

So, DNA can tell you if someone has a small penis and no backbone. But only when you compare it with extra information from another source, can you determine he’s from a trailer park in Arkansas.
