It goes both ways eh?
When the dems all stick together it is hard to believe all of them agree with the issue at hand.
So the republicans do the same in return.
It doesn’t matter if you are a democrat politician their will be something that the republicans do that you agree with and vice versa but in todays political climate if you stand up for what’s right or beneficial and it goes against your party then you become ostracized.
When Trump first got into office he tried to pass laws or ideas and the only republicans who went against him were the republicans who he beat in the primaries.
So it was a personal vendetta and not proper political resistance.
McCain
Romney
Etc etc
The dems do it too.
Pot meet kettle eh?
The democrat politicians who have money invested love the Trump economy but god forbid they admit it!
The post that was quoted here has been removedMy point was more that the democratic party is mostly what the republican party was 20 years ago and the republican party is is essentially the tea party and effectively far right.
But sure, you're correct, there are moderate republicans that are disgusted with that party and can't bring themselves to join democrats out of some reason so they just stay out of the process.
The post that was quoted here has been removedWhich party a person joins means nothing. What is Bloomberg in reality? He was a D, then a R, then an I and now he is a D again. Did I get that order right?
Forget that Obama ran as a Democrat. What is he really? Isn't he a republican in reality?
Are democrats moderate socialists or moderate republicans? Are republicans moderate fascists? Are Libertarians moderate anarchists? Can a Marxist be against a dictatorship and be a moderate communist? Sanders intends on keeping our free market economy intact, so he is no Marxist. Isn't he really a democrat claiming to be a socialist?
Why do some democrats have a problem with Sanders running as a democrat? Which one of his policies are not compatible with the democrats? Do democrats ever claim something is too progressive? What is a progressive? A moderate socialist?
