I don't condone any wars of choice, but Russia has good reason to see NATO as a threat. NATO starts wars of choice as well. My point is there are no white hats and black hats here. All the power players are black hats.

That was a violation of Protocol 1 of the 1977 Geneva accord on protecting civilians and violations of the UN mandate and stated principles of NATO.
