I think the President to be, who happens to have been President for four years already, should know the history of the Panama canal and not act like it was some revocable act of charity that the territory it is on belongs to its rightful owners i.e. the People of Panama. Obviously the government of that country and governments throughout the world, esp. in Latin America, are going to respond to his moronic blathering with scorn.
