Those folks were like that before Katrina. New Orleans has always been a toliet bowl. Corrupt cops, lawless punks, lazy worthless workers, racists, pocket stuffing politictians, etc... Katrina almost did us a favor, but stopped short of completing the task. The only bad thing Katrina did was to scatter alot of the human cockroaches to other parts of the US.

We should all pull together as Americans,and get these people some free healthcare under the Dems new Universal Health care plan, and more unemployment, and and food stamps too.
I'm sure if the owners of all the businesses in New Orleans would just stop being racist and give these poor misgiuded youths a chance, they would turn out to be decent lawbiding citizens.
