A video has surfaced and been made public for the first time from the Sandra Bland case, where a cop forced a woman out of her car and threatened to shoot her, even though there was zero evidence he actually feared for his life like he claimed.
This new video was filmed by Bland herself. It shows that Bland was clearly not holding any weapons and that the cop lied when he said he feared for his fact.
Here's the main issue:
The cop wasn't convicted of any charges, including perjury which was dropped, due to "lack of evidence" that cop's claim of fearing for his life was BS.
So...the prosecutors were aware of the video and *still* chose not to pursue perjury or any other charges. Instead, just a promise from the cop that he won't work in law enforcement any more.
The "justice" system in the U.S. is complete garbage.
