Cultural practices that clash with local lifestyles should be stopped.
What about Muslims having their own courts?
What about a call to prayer at 5 am which wakes up the entire village.
How about a man telling his boss he needs to pray 5 times a day
Suppose during Ramadhan workers say they cannot smell food in the office.
These are all real life scenarios that have cause havoc in the host nations.

two syllable and longer words lose effectiveness when the spewer has to manipulate his/her tongue and lips to arrange the utterance
