Will shoot-outs lose their excitment if they are too common?
Can a shoot-out compare to the fourth sudden-death overtime?
Why limit the goalies range to behind the net, I say we make him fair game if he leaves the crease.
Well, I'm a firm believer that a shootout is a burtal way to lose/win a game. I don't like that idea at all. I would have preferred a three-on-three overtime for an additional five minutes.
I don't think the goalie rule will effect much. Goalies like Brodeur or Belfour who played the puck the most will quickly adapt to the new rule. And I agree, let's make 'em fair game!
Drop the puck!

I don't for the shoot out rule. I prefer the old rules because if the game was tied after regulation play you got to see more Hockey. More bang for the buck.
