This missile was the next logical step in NOKO's missile development and US Intel knew it.
Before, when they tested their latest ballistic missile, it proved to be capable of reaching NYC, although, not Washington.
This missile, I feel certain, is real. The truck carrying had 22 axles. yikes. But we will know for sure as they intend to test it.
It is MIRV capable ( multiple warheads) and can hit anywhere in the US.
