With all due respect I disagree with the use of the word 'create' here, in relation to how guvamint dirties up the idea of money by turning on the printing press. They actually destroy part of the value of every existing dollar held by doing this.
To create money, to literally make money there must be a good or service created on which to base the dollar.
"1) causes inflation, right?
1) more than likely"

I was making a small point in regard to the use of the word 'create' which I specifically mentioned in my post.
I'm not upset at all. 🙂
I'm just curious. I ask because I really don't see the difference between "inflation" and "all dollars losing value."
I also don't understand your objection to the word creation. The government has the ability to create dollars. With a reasonable limit each dollar created has a positive worth. Therefore the government has the ability to create money.

Where is Obama getting this 1 trillion dollars he wants to inject into the economy while also cutting taxes?
As far as opposing voices regarding the matter, you will be hard pressed to find it. After all "W" inherited a national debt of about 5 trillion dollars and then proceeded to double it with a Republican Congress. Now who are they to deny their counterparts to do the same under Obama? Now the Republicans have been reduced to nothing more than a pathetic rubber stamp under the Obama administration. What is now being touted as "bipartisanship" with Obama and the Republicans in Congress is really nothing more than capitulation. If you ask me, both parties need to get the boot!!!
