Obama said in a recent speech that his critics talk about him like a dog. Though Obama did not acknoledge it, the line was a verbatim quote from "Stone Free", the first song Hendrix wrote after moving to England in 1966.
"They talk about me like a dog,
Talkin about the clothes I wear,
But they don't realize they're the ones who's square"
Sing it Mr. President!! 😵
Obviously, the President if facing a grim prospect come this November. So in this particular speech, the tactics were laid out.

1. A vote for Republicans is a vote for another credit crisis.
2. A vote for Republicans is a vote for no.
3. Obamacare was needed for financial security of the middle class.
4. We are almost out of Iraq......kind of. (Please don't ask me about Afghanistan)
5. Although the economic road is bleak, we are on the right track.....king of.
What I think will be interesting is how the Dems handle Obamacare. Will they be proud of it or run from it?
Conversely, all the Republicans have to do is say, "Had enough?"
Originally posted by PsychoPawnThe rhetoric in the speech might as well have been a Hendrix song. Political dialogue has more or less come down to singing a catchy mindless tune. In fact, in one of his speeches Obama used the letter "D" to sympolize "drive" and the democrat party and "R" to symolize the republican party and reverse. I suppose there are a hand full who find this type of folksy humor comical but by in large it just makes it look as though he thinks Americans are retarded. Of course, they did vote for him as well as "W", my bad. 😳
Should he have said "Hey Joe! Where you going with that gun in your hand?!" instead and given his security detail a wake up call?
