In general, if you could give us an example or two as to what your point refers to, it might help in stimulating a discussion.

Otherwise, I'm afraid, you may just attract some mean spirited condescending responses, and pretty soon we'll all be throwing rotten vegetables at each other and it will be one big mess.

It went to banks to be able to have operating capitol and still be able to forclose on all the properties. That is where there is real value.
