Political slant

A study by Media Matters for America showed that the St. Petersburg Times was one of only four newspapers in Florida that featured more progressive opinions than conservative, with 43 percent of columnists considered progressive and 29 percent considered conservative.[5]

factcheck.org's modus operandi, based on a non-scientific survey:

defend the democrats on the big-ticket items.

throw a few bones to the republicans in order to appear "non-partisan".

Quite a list for me to check on, some I can see that you are right on. Some I am not sure have began yet, but have no reason not to think that they'll happen.
The one item, encouraged companies to conserve on energy, was in place years ago, in two semi-conductor plants I worked in, so that is not exactly something new. Our office lighting was set to go off with no movement for periods of time, the parking lot was sized small to encourage bus, and bike travel. This happened 10 years ago. This Hynudai plant had state of the art air scrubbing systems, mandated by the state. German made Centrotherm. so that has been under way for two years, and is industry driven.
I really agree with the expanding of hunting and fishing places, but where?
A controlled burn would have help to save yellowstone
The small business I see here in Eugene, are getting the bejesus beaten out of them by Walmart stores. All the strip malls are dead. Would more capitol help them? I don't thing they can match volume pricing. So, we all may be Walmart workers.
Buy land in wyoming if Nuke power is coming hard. gas Hills and Jeffrey City mines have been closed down, but thee will be huge amounts of people needed at those two mines..

So you want me to move him to a C+? Prove to me he's on the wagon, and not smoking while tring to pass this HealthCare Bill

That doesn't necessarily mean politifact isn't accurate.
