Ever since viability was removed as a common legal standard, the right wing has been flailing to define a new line.
Katie Britt, who Trump refers to in the below clip, supports the Rights to personhood starting at conception. A single, microscopic fertilized egg would be counted as a legal human according to census data and taking any action to hurt this egg would be a criminal act.
Ok fine. But by legally defining this as the time point when human life begins, IVF clinics are factories of mass murder. There's no way around it, logically or legally.
Is Trump dumb or lying?!

Both. Along with many other supposed Christian liars.
IVF destroys more fertilized eggs than it uses by a long shot.
"All those poor innocents being torn apart limb by limb even tho they were innocents; woes us!" ๐ฒ ๐
Where are the videos of all these murders?
@wildgrass saidDefining personhood as beginning at conception opens up completely ludicrous and absurd legal issues. If a zygote is defined to be a person, legally speaking, then a zygote can be sued, it can own property, it can inherit property, and it can also therefore be taxed for income on that property. That would lead to hundreds of thousands of IRS audits, and greedy private lawyers flooding the court system with spurious lawsuits on behalf of zygotes, simply in order to earn commissions. Don’t go down that route.

@Ponderable saidConsequent OR competent.
He is most certainly not consequent.
So Metal Brain should him on his list of liars, as should Mott and the others who cry "lie" at the first moment, when they perceive any inconsequence in someones writing (or talking).
@wildgrass saidI can't listen to the man for very long before I want to vomit. He reminds me of too many braggarts who love themselves too much. This is exactly why I don't accept dates from people I don't know, because too many men out there are exactly like that. It's sad.
Also in this interview...
"I'm the father of IVF... We are the party for IVF. We want fertilization and it's all the way..."
Totally normal things for a politician to say, right?
