Accept established science, and quit peddling lies about everything from vaccines to climate change because the facts don't fit your fantasy. Corollary to this: if you're interested in the US not becoming a backward backwater, a joke on the world stage, and utterly irrelevant, don't fire all your scientific experts and replace them with political hacks, Fox News parrots, cronies, and conspiracy-minded morons. Also don't attack your best universities, and turn one of America's few successful exports—education—into another category of economic activity steeped in a trade deficit.

Children should not interact in sexual ways with adults until they've reached adulthood themselves. However, there is a vast gulf between that whole thing and just having people walking around dressed differently, loving differently, or otherwise not conforming to whatever Puritanical attitudes certain individuals think constitute the bounds of civility and acceptable norms—with everything else lumped together as "perverted."
The US, in particular, has a problematic relationship with public nudity. In Europe it's a not uncommon phenomenon on beaches and other venues. I wonder, how does the continent not collapse in on itself under the weight of such rampant perversion? And yet European families are more cohesive, supportive, and stable, and the kids and not only "all right," but better off than their American counterparts.
