Happy Birthday and may it be your last.
That he has celebrated yet another one is a testament to the impotency of this 'war on terrorism.'

You should be embarrassed to be threatening that it might be his last, given that it's his sixth since
the world's finest army (under perhaps the most ineffectual leadership conceivable) has been
chasing him.

And since I believe in democracy, I will presume his innocense until proven otherwise in a court of law...preferably the international court of law...

And so, as an innocent and free man, chased by the dogs of war, I sincerely wish him a happy birthday and good health.
He's taken credit for 911 in his broadcasts to the world, so your statement about considering him innocent is ignorant and disgusting.....and so, so typical of your posts in general. Just can't help yourself, can you?
I suppose by your reasoning you'd be wishing Hitler a happy birthday this April if he were alive.

Sometimes a court of law doesn't apply. Acts of war are funny that way.

If he ever is captured, he will see his day in court though.

What act of war?

Are you seriously suggesting the British were at war with the IRA or that Spain's at war with the ETA??

Don't be daft.
You're talking about (suspected) criminals here and they should be treated as such.

Generally speaking, shav, killing 3000+ civilians is considered a bit more than a simple criminal act. You sound daft.

Well, the F.B.I.'s Most Wanted Terrorists list accuses him of the following:-

"MURDER OF U.S. NATIONALS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES; CONSPIRACY TO MURDER U.S. NATIONALS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES; ATTACK ON A FEDERAL FACILITY RESULTING IN DEATH"

"Usama Bin Laden is wanted in connection with the August 7, 1998, bombings of the United States Embassies in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, and Nairobi, Kenya. These attacks killed over 200 people. In addition, Bin Laden is a suspect in other terrorist attacks throughout the world."

http://www.fbi.gov/wanted/terrorists/terbinladen.htm

There's no mention of any involvement with 9/11. Why is that? Either the F.B.I. knows that he is not responsible for 9/11 or they believe that there isn't a shred of evidence to convict him.

Well that's because Al Quaida isn't an organisation as such.
It's just fundamental Islamists who act on their anti-West ideology by committing acts of terror & violence.
I don't think there is a network at all - not the way our media portrays it anyhow.

Booming an embassy is not a criminal act, it is an act of war.

Bin laden and his recruits in AQ are terrorists, not criminals.
