So engineers and technicians checking the infrastructure of our silos are saying they may not launch if we got into a nuclear war so there is a roughly billion dollar program to make new silos elsewhere to replace the 60 odd year old silos we have now.
First off, why the FK would that ever be allowed to go public? Could maybe that kind of information be of some minor interest to Putin?
