I have seen the video of the guy close to Kirk itching his sleeve at the same time Kirk was shot. Some people claim he was holding a palm gun and shot Kirk with it. Now I see a video of the same guy appearing to walk up to Kirk as he was dying. Here is the link with that video:

All the FBI has to do is provide the name of that guy and say why he was there. Was he there to provide protection for Kirk? Was he working for the secret service to protect Kirk?
Is that why they will not tell us his name? Because if they told us the secret service would no longer be secret? LOL!

The FBI doesn't comment on or disclose details of an active investigation. The FBI took down The Unabomber, multiple organized crime leaders, James Earl Ray, the Brinks robbery thieves, and many others. Please stop trying to be a policeman and let the professionals handle this.
