Her stalking charge is a serious offense.
She was lucky to be released early with a charge like that.
She violated her release conditions and now she has to serve her time.

I may be a scumbag but I support the law.
It keeps things relatively sane.

Except there's no indication in any of the articles that she was charged with, never mind sentenced for, violation of probation.

No, right wingers here want to be racists without being called "racists".

"Racism" is believing that one race is superior to or inferior to another race. Suggesting that the defendant here was treated differently due to her race is hardly "racism" esp. as her sentence was so disproportionate to other sentences for voter fraud.

She is doing time for STALKING and Theft.
She was released on probation.

The voter fraud is how she violated her probation.

You're no lawyer.
