NY governor David Patterson (D) disagrees with the WH decision to send KSM to NY for trial.

Like it or not, due process of law will be carried out. This terrorist will be brought to trial, convicted, and sent to jail or recieve the death penalty...regardless of the little political sideshow that the right wing is staging. 😏

I don't care what David Patterson is a member of. The Bush Administration should have done this long ago.
