As @metal-Brain claims Jack Angeli was invited into the building and thus did nothing wrong.

he still was incarcerated, and most evidently @Metal-Brain did not go to court and tell the court what really happened. So I assume that it is fair to say, that he is personnally responsible that jack Angeli is wrongfully incarcerated?
