Then: Austria, Ireland, Switzerland, Portugal, Denmark, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Finland,
hungary, Croatia, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Estonia, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Norway, Latvia, Lithuania… and then Poland.
