Should we encourage the sale of organs by poor folks? I mean things like a kidney which they have two of. You only really need one.

I think it would eventually lead to parents cutting deals, legally or illegally, to sell the organs of minor children for beer money.

they should put more money into organ culture.

Just go to India, doctors there are more than happy to take out organs for wealthy recipients and do amputations to give beggars an edge.
They don't have a Hippocratic oath, don't ya know.
