@Metal-Brain
So you are stepping out of the love of Putin to the continued love of bogus conspiracy
theories. I guess you think you are doing some kind of service to mankind......
The REAL population control was the Tobacco industry, that works a LOT better than Covid.

Why is the population declining?
Shav once created a thread about it. Remember?

I did look at your source and they of course don't give sources, but all the "somebody has reviewd documents, found some keyword and made a story".

So that is wrong.

As I might have said before:

* Think carefully
*Formulate a clear hypothesis
* Support the hypothesis with good sources (Collection with hunderds of documensta dn It is somewehre there, just look for it doesn't count, it is YOUR responsability)

Good debate with meaningful exchaneg will happen.

Good luck!

IS the population declining?

I think you'd have to prove that, first. I can't really believe any population group on earth is declining. This would fly in the face of literally thousands of years of history. And some study with a miniscule sample size just won't cut it this time.

I'd have to see census numbers or something like that.

So it's not declining, it's just not growing as Malthusianly out of control as it used to. And there are very good, natural reasons for that which are mirrored all over the developed world.

Peter Zeihan claims that the USA is the only country with a high Millennial population and that the new Gen Z is small in the USA (like my own Gen X was) which fits in with the idea of population decline.

Not yet, but if that trend continues it will.

It will.

Not necessarily. It could be - and very likely is, as such things go - asymptotic.

Either way, assuming a conspiracy to exterminate humanity, when there are natural reasons for this slowing, is a kook's game.
