Wrong. During the months leading up to the elections, the man has implied, suggested, hinted, that Kamala Harris is likely to be in charge of all Presenditial and White House affairs. He has health issues. Kamala Harris has similarly referred to her entourage as the Harris Administration. Its not a mistake or a gaffe. The truth is coming out slowly.
In this case it seems he just slipped. It's easy to pounce on these gaffes if there's a pre-existing narrative.

When it was PROVEN that trump has been telling Americans to wear masks for a long time, instead of being a man about it and admitting you were wrong and Biden was just lying again, you changed the subject.

He only said it to appease his Senate buddies who do wear masks.
He cares NOTHING for the average people.
For instance, he says he is the least racist person on the planet but the only blacks he associates with are celebs not the average black family.
He puts down the military and has veto'd the military budget.
