The ones immigrating are mostly half white of the Latin variety. If you want to call that white I don't care but not even Hispanics call those people white.

One of my best friends has a Korean daughter she adopted almost 20 years ago.
She doesn't look yellow to me, but what do I know.
But "white" is normally reserved for European people or European background/heritage.
