Good to see some humor, some people think it's the best medicine,, so have a good chuckle... and wait and watch.

Can the Federal Government make wise decisions in a time of crisis? Do they know how to make the tough decisions when needed most?
Consumer spending grew at the slowest rate last month, since Sept... this during a time when we normally see income tax refunds being spent, are the people saving money, because the government can't??
where are those state tax refunds?? show those states pay interest?? Lol ya right...

Well, if this was the month when people get their income tax refunds one would expect a relative decrease caused by this with respect to last year, since more people are unemployed so presumably less income tax is being refunded.
