And OF COURSE you can't see the rise in prices like I do, a 370 dollar electric bill when just last month it was 212 and my wife's Medicare going from 270 to 350 and my rent going from 1100 this year to 1150 next year and 22 bucks spent for just 3 pieces of groceries, NO BIG deal for you since none of that effects you in the fking SLIGHTEST.

I'm jealous. I've been looking at places in that price range in LA and they are tiny, poorly maintained and grungy. Not worth the price.

In 1970 I was living in downtown Montreal in a 1 bedroom apartment in a high rise building beside McGill university and worked about three blocks away. I was paying $90/month all inclusive. The company I was working for transferred me to Toronto that same year and after looking for 3 months I finally found a basement studio apartment that cost me $130/ months. I cried.😢 Nowadays that same apartment in Montreal will run you about $2,500/ month. Having said that, a lot of years have passed by since I rented there.🤔😉😁
