That’s if you listen to ignorant liberals that use racism claims to empower themselves.

F--- Fox News.
Ignorant conservatives are more racist than at any time in this country's history, because they've become emboldened by Donald Trump.

@Mott-The-Hoople saidI'm sure the racist red neck southerner was just a meme that became a stereotype but really had no truth to it. I mean we all know that blacks were much happier under slavery and all that kkk lynching stuff was just exaggerated fake news, even long before Trump called it and that whole segregation thing was just so everyone could develop separately and not get in each other's way and like the Civil War thing was because of Federal Government overreach denying States Rights and the North being jealous of our Southern culture and our rapturous way of life where gentlemen still knew how to respect a lady...

I do declare. But the South will rise again. And Lindsey Graham will lead us there. Even if we find there's no there there.

How does what I said prove ANYthing you say?
Funny how you think that insulting a white boy is racism, yet tying a black person to your bumper isn't.

Your timeline makes for an ignorant statement.
@Mott-The-Hoople saidSure and with all the reparations paid and with all the work done to reintegrate former slaves into their local communities, any notion that politicians like George McGovern were still running on policies in the 1960s to prevent the advancement of emancipated people's or that Ronald Reagan's targeting of welfare queens applied equally to all impoverished people or that young African American males were disproportionately jailed for crack cocaine offenses while young white males were given comparative hand slaps on the wrist for possession of similar weights of powdered cocaine or that the whole justice system wheeled around to offer large swathes of young black men plea deals so that the prison system disproportionately were represented by young black males. Yes I'm sure that was just left leaning liberal spin and the idea that rental properties would suddenly become unavailable when a black person arrived at the real estate offices, or if a name sounded black they would find it much harder to get a job, so the notion of systemic racism, well that's just the left using race to undermine the equality that everyone enjoys. I could go on, but yes the evidence for an equal America is so overwhelming, right!?

"Biden helped author the 1994 Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act, which led to dramatically higher incarceration rates across the country and, its critics contended, locked up Black and Hispanic Americans at far higher rates than whites. It was, they said, a racist piece of legislation that has devastated minority communities for a quarter of a century."

@Mott-The-Hoople saidYet in answering my apparent ignorance you argue my point for me. Why would Biden and Harris be tough on black crime? Because they read the politics of the nation and played to the prejudices of the electorates they needed to vote for them.
damn what some ignorance...

If racism was not entrenched into the system, why would Biden and Harris have thought it a good card to play in their electoral eligibility stakes?
It proves one thing that politicians will say and do anything to get elected, but it also proves that the ones successfully getting reelected year after year also can read the mood of their electorates only too well. So if politicians of all stripes softly dog whistle to the concerns of their people, would they dog whistle racist ideas if their electorates had moved on?
@Mott-The-Hoople saidBut what was once southern democrats is now rabid republicans. The racism runs true.

It wasn't the legislation that was the problem. It was the biased implementation by law enforcement that was the real problem. It was merely an excuse for oppressing minorities, a condition that remains today.
I've heard these conservative lies before. @Metal-Brain pushed this idea for quite a while. I corrected his opinion of Biden's opinion of segregation several times. Your podcaster is similarly lying.
I simply cannot comprehend what it must be like to be so profoundly ignorant.
@Mott-The-Hoople saidThe KKK enjoyed substantial popularity in the South after the Republican Party changed hands from southern democrat to republican. Have you ever watched In the Heat of the Night (1967)? How about Mississippi Burning (set in 1964)? How about Rosewood (set in 1923, about the Tulsa massacre)? How about To Kill a Mockingbird (1962)?
