You have to select the whole URL then right-click and "go to web address". The page is still up.

It would be wrong to deny this person's reportage re: their personal experience. However, it would be wrong to extrapolate that one report into a generalization about Black schoolkids in America. That's what we used to call stereotyping or racial profiling.

The late Colin Flaherty seems to have put a lot of time and energy into collecting damning reports of Black activities and behavior in American society, all the while claiming he was not racist.

Maybe he was still trying to get in good with the Whites long after that was necessary? (see also: Hannity and Tucker)

I schooled with lots of Chinese kids.
And, I'll bet, you didn't run into many
Asians when you were locked up, either.
