@mott-the-hoople saidMissed that.
did you not hear the part where mueller said there WAS NO COLLUSION?
Must be on Youtube somewhere ....

Awww, don't run yourself down Mott - with a good study program, and a strong work ethic, I'll bet you'll catapult your rating to over 1300 in less than 2 years.
Positive thinking Mott, that's the key! 😀
@no1marauder saidThere is a lot of dirt hidden behind those 900+ redactions, in addition, there are multiple ongoing investigations in other jurisdictions. Much as the Trump folks would like this to go away, it's not over by a longshot.
Setting up this thread for discussion of the redacted report after it comes out this morning/afternoon. Barr is absurdly having a press conference to discuss with and take questions from people who have not seen the report yet, but that will be a trivial non-event (though part of the spin effort he started with his four page non-summary). The game will be seriously afoot ...[text shortened]... he report until late. But I'll be certainly giving my analysis after I do. I invite others to do so.
@mchill saidso you are not a man of your word? how silly of me to think so...you are only a. twink.

@mott-the-hoople saidOh sweet Jesus raped by a goat... a homosexual slur???
so you are not a man of your word? how silly of me to think so...you are only a. twink.
Really? At least we know what sort of porn you watch.
@averagejoe1 saidPatriot? What a joke. A PATRIOT tries to protect the values of the US. Trump could care less for protecting the US, he protects himself and his family and nothing more.
Is not facetious-ness allowed? Just funnin here. Obviously I would not vote for an unqualified candidate, one people would gladly replace Trump with. I was being facetious. I like analogies too, like the guy who works and the guy who doesn’t. .....what to do with the salary at the end of the day. I guess it sounds mean spirited, when the only time I AM serious, and maybe ...[text shortened]... ly relentlessly pursuing our president to hell and back. I’m a Patriot. Sorry for any offense. Joe
Why do you call yourself a patriot when you cozy up to Trump who cozies up to our avowed enemies? Did you read any of that Mueller report? It is public now. Will you DARE read it for fear you might turn into a Trump atheist? That report is absolutely damning to Trump. The republicans in the senate try to whitewash the whole thing just like Barr tried (and failed miserably).
I saw the senators on Fox news go with the 'totally exonerated' BS when in fact Mueller has sited a dozen or more actions showing Trump was conspiring to obstruct justice.
Part of it was firing Comey. If you read it you will see he does not have the interest of the county or the constitution at heart. He is supposed to be the PROTECTOR of the US but instead believes PUTIN over our entire intel community and you think he is being a PATRIOT? Pull the wool out your eyes and take a good look at what you have in Trump. He is a worthless piece of SHiiiiT.
The Russians began their attack on our democracy in 2014 WAY before Trump was a candidate and it was a piece of great luck for Putin that Trump was the candidate since they have him in their back pocket financially, having given him literally hundreds of millions of dollars. It is no co-incidence the Deutsche bank is the only one who would give loans to Trump. NOBODY on Earth besides them would lend him a nickle. He has had many bankruptcies and has actually SUED that bank over loans he defaulted on. Yet they continue to pile up money in his name, TWO BILLION dollars in loans and he now owes them 300+ millions.
It is no co-incidence they have been charged with money laundering, and receiving billions in money from Russia. Connect the two and you see the Russians are the ONLY reason that bank gives Trump money.
Trump is a sociopath and narcissist, if you noticed all the things he has said like I like hero's who were NOT captured. You think that is patriotic? Or publicly making fun of disabled journalists. You think that is a joke?
I am not even getting into the Stormy thing.
Did you know his very first official act after his broken oath of office?
It was an attempt to kill the ethics committee. Right there I knew what Trump was all about. That was his FIRST day in the oval office. He was unsuccessful at that but that set the tone of his entire administration. DAY ONE, kill the ethics committee. Is that PATRIOTIC?
Wake up and smell the coffee. Or the dog turds, take your pick.
@shavixmir saidThat's actually not a bad summary.
Well, I just had a wee peep at what’s now been released.
It actually doesn’t make trump or his cronies sound anything like presidential or even trustworthy.
Okay, so they didn’t collude, but members of his administration were rubbing cocks with the Russians.
Okay, obstruction can’t be proven (or disproven), but that’s only because members of his team didn’t follow ...[text shortened]... erent twittering, it’s a picture which is going to haunt the US until its demise... so 20 years max.
No criminal collusion, but plenty of shady clumsy backroom trying to do stuff that might have led to collusion.
The obstruction is so vague and all-encompassing, it's impossible to prove to people who like Trump and impossible to disprove to people who hate Trump. It does seem that Trump's staff may have refused some orders that, if carried out, could have been the smoking guns.
More than anything, the report shows Trump's incompetence as a government leader.
@sh76 saidI'm about to sit down and finally get to read the Report, but there really is no such thing as "criminal collusion".

EDIT: Does anybody have a quick link to a non-PDF of the Report?
@sh76 saidIs firing multiple people and intimidating others (like with Michael Cohen, per the Mueller report) in order to stop an investigation really "vague"?

I'll try to soldier on without copying and pasting. I apologize in advance for any transcription errors.
There have been consistent claims of "no evidence" of collusion including by AG Barr. The Report states on Page 1 (in a sentence Barr half-quoted in his "summary"😉:
"The investigation established numerous links between the Russian government and the Trump campaign. Although the investigation established that the Russian government perceived it would benefit from a Trump presidency and worked to secure that outcome, and that the Campaign expected it would benefit electorally from information stolen and released through Russian efforts, [all omitted from Barr summary] the investigation did not establish that members of the Trump Campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in its election interference activities."
On page 2, it states:
"A statement that the investigation did not establish particular facts does not mean there was no evidence of those facts."
So it was "established" that:
There were numerous links between the Russian government and the Trump Campaign and that both expected to benefit from the Russian interference in the US election.
In short, the "no evidence of collusion" claim is bogus.
EDIT: Also on Page 2, it expressly rejects use of the vague term "collusion".
