I enjoy international political debates....but I can't say I've seen one in ages....perhaps those who wish to debate religion can have their own Religious debates forum? Either that or have one thread to handle them all please....

You may have to go to other pages than page one to find them though.
I support the proposal to create a "Religion and Philosophy" debates forum, or a separate "Politics" debate forum. There are too many debaters that are irritated by the religious threads. This irritation needs to be taken seriously and needs to be adressed in an effective way, not by ridiculing, trying to insult or degrade, silence or even chase the debaters in question away from RHP but to take away in an acceptable way the existing irritation.
I'll open a new thread adressing the situation in the debates forum.
