What should we do with those born without talent?

Furthermore, a "risk" implies some degree of a gamble. What happens when the gamble doesn´t pay off.

So the only one that we have full control over ourselves is "work hard".

Do you find it at all ironic that a corporate western world is basically saying that the key to success is hard labour?
