Rick Perry, our Secretary of Energy, has announced,
quite earnestly, that he believes that Trump was sent
by God to be The Savior of The United States.......
I must admit, I never thought much of Perry, but I didn't
believe that he was a MORONIC SYCOPHANT, and full
disclosure, I am at odds with Mitt Romney on almost
everything he says too, but he is one of the only Republicans
with cajones enough to stand up the way John McCain once did.

He is well known there because he was once pulled over by a State Trooper and started yelling at the officer that he should not be stopped because he was governor of the state . State trooper gave him a ticket for speeding and Perry tried to get him disciplined . Perry failed, lol.
His rant at the trooper was recorded for all to see .
On another note , he still won re-election following that .
Real class act , a no class act.
In the same interview he said Obama was sent by God for the time and place the country was in, as well. Other than being an awkward expression of his faith, he used it to segue into his understanding that the Bible shows how God has often worked through imperfect people. And, by affording Obama the same "chosen one' status he equally offended everybody. LOL
