How do we bring up TRUMP and his sycophantic/owned/blackmailed minions and appointees on RICO charges if they are all in charge of the USA's justice system?

Hoping that someone like Marco Rubio (for instance) might be willing to take a hit for Team America and testify against The Boss.

Hoping it's only a matter of time, and not a very long time.
