You can get a Six Flags Season Pass, that includes parking, for $75.

If you live close enough to a park to go often, you can go every week for 30 weeks for a total of $75.

Of course that doesn't include food and extras, which is where they make their money.

But getting in to a Six Flags is cheap.

For 75 bucks a year, why not? That's one day's panhandling, maybe.

For someone with nothing else to do, it's not a bad place to hang out. I'm sure there is plenty of leftover food to scavenge, too.
