No masscat they want hte US to keep their noes out of the rest of the worlds buisness but they also want the protection of the US the want the US's help without payment without any self sacrfice because they feel the US should help them because they need help. But they feel they shouldn't have to pay them back or even thank them for their time and money. The rest of the world belives that the US should help everyone and recieve nothing in return except riddicle and argument over everything it does.
