Anyway I disagree. The African countries in questions should take Putins help. These countries are very poor and in some cases as much as 75% lives below the poverty line. Its like a rich politician walks into a depressed neighbourhood and promises to bring employment and supplies into their area. The man [all politicians] is/are a scumbag/s. Should they say no?
