NEW YORK (Reuters) - Former Iraqi President Saddam Hussein kept up the illusion that he had weapons of mass destruction before 2003 because he did not think the United States would invade, an FBI agent who questioned him said.

Sadamn certainly did help to make GW invade, with his cat and mouse game over WMD, He kept inspectors out of certain sites to give GW the impression that Maybe he had WMD. Unfortunately he didn't realize that GW wasn't bull s***ing. Sadamn was equally at fault for this disaster.
