- aid must reach those it was meant for and must not end up in the bank accounts of politicians and their families eg much of the aid to African countries fall into this category.
- aid must not be used to support terrorists or even those who support terrorists. eg a lot of aid to Islamic countries will be in this group
- aid must not be used to further the cause of communism or socialism
- aid must not be used to help corrupt regimes who abuse their citizens and commit horrific human rights violations
- aid must not be given to support homosexuality or perversions of any kind
- aid must not be given to support those who wilfully destroy themselves.
- aid must not be given to people who hate the USA or hate Americans.
Trump is right .. stop giving aid to the whole damn world... with a few exceptions
