When my government says it is concerned over human rights violations I am very skeptical. I know know human rights is not a primary concern of the establishment. The list of double standards regarding that is long.
Is there another reason for sanctions against people in Daniel Ortega’s “inner circle”?

Sanctions are a serious thing. Shouldn't we all know more about them than we do? What kind of different sanctions are there? Why are they not imposed all at once? Who is hurt most by them if they are applied to an entire nation? Who dies from them?
