Well, there is obviously people who make more than the average. You know, that's why it's an average. Thing is, the rich aren't leaving. Why would they?

Your claim that $65k is "almost poverty" is laughable anywhere, even in "high cost areas".

65k in SF is NOT almost poverty. Don't be ridiculous.

SF has plenty of real poor people. The difference is quite obvious.

Meaningless though if 249,999 are earning $5,000 and 1 is earning $15,000,005,000.
