Earl, the elders have seen the game that Trump (and others) play:

To do whatever they want, with the likelihood that they will probably get away with it because of the lag times involved in our legal processes.

That aside, everyone in Trump's Cabinet or our Congress or Senate or Supreme Court [or our justice system in general (c.f., Aileen Cannon)] who obeys Trump exactly because of fear or favor does make Trump kind of a dictator (and them cowards and enablers).

On the other side, I would agree that if Professor Windbag Obama -- who apparently only knew how to speak unidirectionally (albeit pleasantly holographically) for 50 minutes at a time -- pulled the same kind of crap, he'd be dead by now.

Did the court refer to him as a facist?
I’m not in click-link mode, it is Christmas, to be followed by the greatest year in USA history, so y’all rail on about the guard, that is DC’s problem and I will not be among the DC wretches who will be robbed, etc.
I think SCOTUS will knock off a few easy ones like this so that they are more free to rule in his favor on the important stuff. They can hardly rule against him on EVERYTHING!,

Mark me!!!

No, it certainly wasn't. Trump is a clownish, deranged would be dictator but I've always expected the other branches of government to put a stop to most of his illegal and unconstitutional usurpations of power. Sadly, Republicans in the legislative branch have completely surrendered to these grabs, but the courts and in some respects the States, remain a block to his ambitions.

He reminds me of Nero, but without the musical talent.
