Furthermore, this SCOTUS ruling just makes home invasions even more likely since carrying handguns will be legal everywhere without a permit. Instead of carrying a huge conspicuous rifle it's now easier to bring a concealed handgun into a school.

it has always been, ignorance of a law is no excuse, it is upon the individual to research laws in their area. I never understood miranda "RIGHTS" in the first place...you are supposed to know your rights.
