This is a win-win all around. With The Republic of Palestine representing all citizens equally (with returning refugees) there would be no further need for militant Hezbollah or Hamas. Iran would stop funding/supporting them, turning their focus to domestic affairs. Iran has no particular ambitions for a "greater Persia," Those groups would naturally wither away or morph into mundane political wings like Sinn Fein.
Importantly, this would reduce animosity in the region against America. Certainly there would be many business opportunities opening up as well. Terrorist organizations would find recruiting much more difficult.
Many Jews would probably migrate back to New York or Poland or wherever they came from. It will take a long time to for the area to heal, but heal it would.

Besides it's not possible to have a multi-ethnic State like that in this modern age of ethnic Nation-States without thoroughly subjugating or exterminating all indigenous populations and the Israelis are not going to be subjugated or exterminated. Khoisan are not treated well in South Africa and Zimbabwe. Aborigines are not thriving in Australia. The Comanche aren't doing well in Arizona. Etc.
